This Sales Policy outlines the terms of purchase, fabrication, and installation for all projects managed by Mega Marble ATL. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1.
Quotations and Estimations
- Preliminary Quotes: Initial estimates are based on customer-provided dimensions and are subject to change.
- Final Pricing: Final pricing is confirmed only after a professional on-site measurement (Template) and final material selection. Any changes to the scope of work (edges, sink cutouts, backsplashes) will result in a price adjustment.
2.
Payments and Deposits
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your material and schedule the fabrication process.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
- Methods: We accept [Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, Checks]. Please note that credit card payments may incur a processing fee.
3.
Material Characteristics (Natural Stone)
- Variation: Marble, Granite, and Quartzite are natural products. Veining, pitting, fissures, and color variations are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
- Slab Selection: We strongly recommend that customers view and approve their specific slabs at our yard or the supplier’s warehouse prior to fabrication. Once the stone is cut, no returns or exchanges can be made based on aesthetics.
4.
Templating & Preparation
- Site Readiness: Cabinets must be permanently installed, leveled, and cleared of all items before our team arrives for templating.
- Decision Maker: A homeowner or authorized representative (18+) must be present during the template appointment to confirm all technical details (seam locations, overhangs, corner radii).
5.
Fabrication & Installation
- Lead Times: Average lead times are [X-X] business days from the date of the final template and material approval.
- Plumbing & Electrical: Mega Marble ATL is a stone fabricator. We do not provide plumbing or electrical disconnection or reconnection services unless explicitly stated in your contract.
- Seams: Our team will strive to make seams as inconspicuous as possible, but they will be visible and felt. Seam placement is at the discretion of our fabrication experts for structural integrity.
6.
Cancellation & Returns
- Custom Orders: Because each project is custom-cut to your specific dimensions, orders cannot be canceled or returned once fabrication has begun.
- Restocking Fee: Cancellations made after slab purchase but before cutting may be subject to a restocking fee from the stone supplier.
7.
Warranty
We provide a [1-year] workmanship warranty on our installations. This covers the bond of the seams and the physical installation. It does not cover damage caused by chemical cleaners, heat, or physical abuse (cracks/chips caused by impact).
8.
